Wow, that is a mouthfull of great things! We currently carry Peruvian Rainforest, French Roast Blend, Cafe Femenino, Mayan Sunrise and Decafe French. A 12 ounce bag is $10.99. Coffee can take 1 to 2 weeks to be shipped depending upon availability but you can be rest assured that it will be fresh and yummy!
Organic Café Femenino
Arabica bean coffee utilizing Typica, Bourbon, Caturra varieties. Classic wet processed and sun dried on raised beds. Grown at 5400′ elevation on the Eastern slopes of the Northern Andean Mountains in the Lambayeque region of Peru. The women of Café Femenino represent the first ever attempt to spotlight women coffee farmers. The focus on cup quality has underpinned an effort on sustainable coffee farming that includes certified organic, certified fair trade, and certified Smithsonian Shade Grown “Bird-Friendly” coffee. The Café Femenino project has proven to be a model of empowerment of rural women farmers and has grown beyond the geographical boundaries of Peru.

Ibis Organic French Roast
The same pre roast blend as our Organic Espresso roasted one stage darker in the Southern Italian espresso tradition. Unlike most other “French Roast” coffees which are a French Roast on a single bean, this one is more complex and well rounded, the sum being greater than the individual parts of the whole.
Aroma: Bitter sweet, spicy, chocolaty, smoky
Taste: Bitter sweet, chocolaty, caramelly, smoky, well balanced
Body: Creamy, buttery
Acidity: Light acidity. Medium acidity when brewed as an espresso
Aftertaste: Lingering bitter sweet chocolate and smoke. Exceedingly smooth.
One of our most popular espresso blends (West Coast Style). The same pre roast blend as our Vienna Roast but roasted one stage darker. Good crema as an espresso. Stands up to milk drinks (cappuccino, latte, mocha latte).

Body: Medium body when brewed/ silky body as an espresso

Organic Mayan Sunrise
From the mystical land of the Mayan in Mexico and Guatemala. The coffees in this project represent a model for sustainable agriculture and social justice. Coffees are high grown from 3600-4900′ in rich volcanic soils, wet processed and sun dried. Varieties of coffee include Old World varieties of Typica and Bourbon.
Aroma: Sweet chocolate and spice
Taste: Honey, chocolate and almond
Acidity: Muted brightness
Aftertaste: Well balanced, sweet, chocolate and nuts, clean smooth finish
Organic Peruvian Rainforest
Arabica bean coffee utilizing Typica, Bourbon,Caturra, Pache, and Catimor varieties. Grown between 4800-6000′ in rich organic soils of the Chanchamayo region of South Central Peru. Grown by Indigenous farmers of the Cooperative Agraria Cafetalera La Florida which was established in 1966 and devastated by violent gurellas of the Shining Path in 1980. The coop has proven resilient and has grown to over 1200 family farmers.
Aroma: Fruity, chocolaty
Taste: Sweet, clean with hint of cocoa
Body: Light to medium
Aftertaste: Fruit and chocolate, clean finish
Decaf Organic French Roast
Shade grown organic with water decaffeination. Medium body, light acidity, caramelly, aromatic, subtly spicy and sweet. Very smooth finish.
